What Is Stephen Ministry?

A program of training people to help provide Christian care-giving

A Stephen Minister:
 

• Listens
• Encourages
• Keeps Confidence
• Prays
• Supports

Training for Stephen Ministry is 50 hours of meeting together, learning, growing spiritually, bonding as good friends, and having good Christian fun.

The commitment is for 2 years, including the training period.

If you feel God calling you to serve as a Stephen Minister, even if you’re hesitant and don’t know if you can do it, please call a leader. We all have doubt at first.
