How It Works

From first call to your day

Call and tour
Reach the church office at (308) 382-1952 to ask questions, walk both spaces, and talk through your date.

Hold your date
A $150 fee reserves your date on the calendar. It’s applied toward your total — not an extra charge.

Plan the details
You’ll meet with the wedding coordinator, the organist, and your pastor to shape the ceremony.

Settle up
The remaining balance is due 30 days before the wedding. Then all that’s left is the day itself.

Make checks payable to Trinity United Methodist Church. The pastor’s fee is paid directly to the pastor.

  • $150 holds your date and is applied to your total.
  • Full payment is due 30 days before the wedding.
  • Cancellations are assessed a $50 fee against the deposit. If you’ve already met with the coordinator or organist, those consultations are billed.
  • You have 3 hours in the space before the ceremony, extendable by the half hour.

Alcohol is prohibited anywhere on the church premises.
