Chancel Choir resumes weekly practice on Wednesday, August 28 at 7 p.m. in the Choir Room. Anyone who enjoys music and likes to sing is welcome! No musical skill is required. Please consider joining, even if you can’t commit to the weekly performances in the traditional service. Chancel Choir is always looking for new members.

Hand Bell Choir begins again on Wednesday, September 4 (the Wednesday after Labor Day). The Bell Choir meets at 8 p.m. in the Choir Room. The Bell Choir performs once a month and ends in May. Please feel welcome to join the group, even if you’re an inexperienced hand bell performer. New music enthusiasts are always welcome!

Join us for Rally Sunday on September 8 at 10:30 a.m. in The Gathering Place. Let’s enjoy one another’s fellowship as we talk over a donut and kick-off the fall events. Even though we are celebrating the beginning of Sunday School, everyone is invited to attend!

We will have a Prayer Shawl Dedication at both Sunday services on Sunday, September 8. Our traditional service starts at 9:30 a.m. and our contemporary service starts at 11 a.m.

Thank you to everyone who meets Thursday evenings to make prayer shawls. Prayer shawls are given to those who need comfort. You can sign out a prayer shawl by stopping at the church office on 511 North Elm Street, Grand Island, NE.

Please join us at Prime Timers. Come at 10 a.m. to play cards or Dominos and eat lunch at noon. Or just come to eat! The cost is $7.00 per meal.

Join us on Wednesday nights as we grow in our faith with Christ and foster our relationships with one another. We hope you’ll be able to join us!

Loaves & Fishes is a ministry of Trinity United Methodist Church, First Presbyterian Church, GISH ROTC and others. Loaves & Fishes is a monthly food distribution, which occurs on the second Saturday of every month. It is free!

Praying for others is another way Trinity reaches out to our community. Come pray together for people who have requested prayers during our Loaves and Fishes food distribution. Join us from 12:15 p.m. to 12:45 p.m. in the youth room to honor these requests.

Mark your calendars for September 22, 2019. The mission committee is sponsoring a guest speaker at both Sunday services. Join us to hear more about the Multicultural Coalition from their director Audrey Lutz. She will also be available between services to answer your questions. 

Join us for newsletter folding at 8:30 a.m. in The Gathering Place. Even if this is your first time attending, we would love to have you be apart of the folding. We provide refreshments! Jokes included! Fellowship inevitable!
