Sharing Our Life Stories

Sharing our life stories is the focus of another group. The power of life stories comes not only through sharing your story, but also by listening to the journey of others. For example, one week you may consider when your first memory of hearing about Jesus occurred in your life. Another time, you may be sharing places you have seen Jesus in the past week. The leader of this group is Marge Terman. This group will meet in the east end of Miller Hall.

Lectio Divina

Lectio Divina is an ancient Christian Spiritual practice of listening for God’s voice through slowing down the process of reading scripture. Each week we’ll read the focus scripture for Sunday’s worship from three different voices and versions of the Bible, then go off for a time of silence, then return and reflect on how the scripture spoke to you.

The group meets Thursday mornings at 11 a.m. via Zoom. Email publications@trinityumcgi.org if you would like to join this group.
