Coloring with Rev. Kelly

Come to the Chocolate Bar on Wednesday’s at 4 p.m. to join Rev. Kelly in coloring. Bring your own supplies, if you want. Rev. Kelly does provide additional coloring pages and colored pencils. Order a cup of coffee, a piece of cake, and feel your heart beat slow as you relax while coloring.

Lectio Divina

Lectio Divina is an ancient Christian Spiritual practice of listening for God’s voice through slowing down the process of reading scripture.

We will meet Thursday nights at 7-8 pm, beginning Thursday, October 4. Sign-up sheets will be passed in worship in September and are available in the church office. Each week we’ll read the focus scripture for Sunday’s worship from three different voices and versions of the Bible, then go off for a time of silence, then return and reflect on how the scripture spoke to you.

Mending the Divides: Creative Love in a Conflicted World

A book study with Pastor Dave on how we can move toward brokenness as peacemakers in a world full of conflict, hatred, injustice, and severed relationships.

We will meet on Wednesdays, 9am at Trinity (starting 9/26) and Saturdays, 7:30pm at The Chocolate Bar (starting 9/29). Both days will cover the same topics so you can decide which time works for you.

Books will be available to purchase through the church office for $13. Please sign-up in the office, so we can order enough books.
