After taking a summer break, Third Sunday GIFT is back! GIFT (Growing In Faith Together) encourages intergenerational relationships by uniting the whole congregation in an activity or project. The food and fun are designed for anyone to enjoy, so invite your friends and family to a GIFT event! August 18: Back-to-School Sunday During the 9:30 a.m. worship service, we will pray for students, teachers, and staff. After worship, come to Miller Hall for DONUTS and help make backpack tags. We need 100 tags made! Some will go to our students, and others will be given out in the community. This year’s tag will be a wooden cross decorated with diamond dots. We will teach you how to do this fun art form! The tags will include information about Trinity’s worship schedule and family ministries. September 15: Homecoming Sunday There’s a lot to celebrate at this year’s Trinity Homecoming! During the 9:30 a.m. worship service, the third-grade students will receive their Bibles. After worship, the CELEBRATION of our completed kitchen remodel begins! Join us for lunch and the crowning of this year’s homecoming royalty. The theme is “Shine His Light”, so wear something sparkly, shiny, or metallic. October 20: Popcorn and BINGO This will be the first GIFT event using our new Sunday Schedule. Contemporary worship is at 8:30 a.m., followed by GIFT at 9:15 a.m. in Miller Hall. Traditional worship is at 10 a.m. Try your luck and win a fabulous prize (mostly from Pastor Kelly’s stash)!
