Our church staff chose the word “called” as our church’s word of the year. How are we called to spread God’s love? How are we called to promote our church? One possible way to promote our church is to wear shirts that sport our church name as we work and worship together or as we are out in public. What could it look like if we wear Trinity shirts when we serve at Salvation Army or pick up trash prior to the state fair or as we serve meals or help with Bible school or youth ministry? Beginning March 8 and running through March 31, we will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of shirts, sweat shirts, jackets and hats. There will also be a line of “safety green” shirts and sweatshirts displaying the Loaves and Fishes logo. In addition, the youth ministry logo will be available on shirts. When you can view the possibilities notice that one design has a cross in a circle, the lower part of the cross extends outside the circle to represent thinking outside the box, listening for your call and responding. Pro Team is creating the product. All orders will be online. If you are uncomfortable with ordering online, we will have some people with computers set up in the parlor after worship to help you with that. Or during the week the church staff will help you place your order. Or, of course, you will be able to do it from the comfort of your home. The product will not be made until after the order time closes. Several years ago we started wearing Trinity shirts. Mine are pretty well worn and need replacing.
