Proverbs 22:6 “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it”. Do you think children are important? Do you think volunteering is important? If you answered yes to either of these then I really would like to encourage you to think about volunteering for zone either children, middle school or high school ages. This could be a rewarding and enriching experience for you to get to know our future and help guide them as growing disciples in the Body of Christ. Maybe you think that you are not equipped to help with children or Youth. for one thing remember that you: “can do all this through Him who gives me strength.” Philippians 4:13 Also, you can choose how active you are in helping. You could just be a presence helping keep eyes on them, you can choose to help with the study or games. We want you to feel comfortable and you can also choose how often you would like to volunteer. Every week, once a month, or a couple times a year. No matter how often you volunteer you will be a blessing to the Zone ministry. You will be helping our children walk in the truth of God. “I have no greater joy than to hear that My children are walking in the truth.” —3 John 1:4 So again I want to encourage you to reach out to Christina, Shella, or myself if you are interested in volunteering.
