For a long time, churches have been wondering how to help families be more involved in the life of the church. Families are so busy these days with school and community activities ΓÇô school, sports, music, and lots of other options keep their calendars full and make family time rare and precious. How can our congregation care for these busy families? How do we show our children and youth that we support their endeavors and celebrate their achievements? We invite you to join the Trinity UMC Booster Club. Members of the Booster Club will have access to schedules of local student activities (school and outside- school). If you like basketball, you can attend a game and cheer for a recently confirmed member. If you're a fan of the arts, you can go to a music concert or dance recital and appreciate the talents of our young people. If you love the little ones, you can enjoy the cuteness of a preschool graduation. Members of the Booster Club will receive an official Trinity UMC Booster Club button to wear at these activities. If possible, you can take a selfie at the event to post on social media. In this way we will not only support our families, but we will also show the community that Trinity UMC is the place to raise your kids in a community of faith. You will be invited to join the Trinity UMC Booster Club on Facebook and/or receive a weekly email with a schedule of upcoming events.
